ACP is hiring a part or full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW) to become a valued member of our clinic team. Outpatient Mental Health Therapists are an integral part of our team, providing much-needed services to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota and Wisconsin equivalent.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
