This is a hybrid role for an Outpatient Therapist located in Syracuse, NY, with some work from home acceptable. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing outpatient therapy, and coordinating care with other providers. Timely documentation of sessions will also be required. Supervision hours are provided, with access to supervision as needed. Therapist develops their own schedule and caseload. Part-time, full-time, or per-diem arrangements are welcome. Hours and days worked are at the clinician's discretion.

Qualifications

• Skills in treatment planning, organization, and time management
• Experience in applying evidence-based outpatient interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with or knowledge of differential diagnoses
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience working in outpatient or mental health settings is essential
• Citizenship of the United States is required due to Visa requirements
