Job summary

NFS in Massachusetts is seeking Outpatient Therapists to work at one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to children, adults, or families, with flexible full-time salaried or hourly fee-for-service options.

Full-time salaries range $60,000–$70,000 with additional incentives; hourly rates also available, with premium for bilingual skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years is required.
• Current license in MA is a plus.
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Work at 5 MA office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to a laptop/CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

Who You Are:

• Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

Compensation:

Full Time Salary:

• Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!

Hourly Fee for Service:

• 45/hour for MA Level
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65-$70/hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site:

• 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
• 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
