NFS is seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy at one of five Massachusetts locations. Full-time salaried or hourly fee-for-service options with competitive incentives and a stay-on bonus after probation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current Massachusetts license is a plus.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Ability to provide in-office services at five MA locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship not available.
• Access to a laptop/ CPS and high-speed internet for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet for Full Time positions.

• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.

Who You Are:

• Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing yourschedule and caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Ability to provide in-office services at one of our 5 Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

Full Time Salary:

• Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!

Hourly Fee for Service:

• 45/hour for MA Level
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65-$70/hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site:

• 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
• 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
