Job summary

Seasons Center Behavioral Health is seeking Outpatient Therapists to serve individuals with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges in the Northwest Iowa region. You will deliver evidence-based practices and interventions to improve client outcomes in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will hold or be eligible for an Iowa license (LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or LMFT) upon completion of a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa license OR eligibility to obtain one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred).
• Eligibility to obtain Iowa license upon completion of a Master’s program in Social Work or Counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services to individuals with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.
• Apply evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Document and coordinate care with care teams as needed.

About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide services to individuals suffering from mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges using evidence-based practices and interventions.

Salary Range

$48,000-$58,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

• Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
• OR the eligibility to obtain an Iowa license at the conclusion of a Master’s level program of Social Work or Counseling
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
