Job summary

Seasons Center for Behavioral Health in Northwest Iowa is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide services to individuals facing mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges using evidence-based practices.

The role requires an active Iowa license (LMHC/LMSW/LISW or LMFT) or eligibility to obtain one after completing a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa license (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT) or eligible to acquire one
• Eligibility to obtain Iowa license at conclusion of Master’s program in Social Work or Counseling
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges using evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust care as needed

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide services to individuals suffering from mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges using evidence-based practices and interventions.

Salary Range

$48,000-$58,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

• Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
• OR the eligibility to obtain an Iowa license at the conclusion of a Master’s level program of Social Work or Counseling
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
