Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while adhering to organizational policies and standards.

You will coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff and remain accountable for quality outcomes. A Georgia RN license and BCLS certification are required; new graduates are eligible, with hospital experience

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• BCLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible for consideration.
• Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred for certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
