Qualifications

• High School/GED is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support (AHA) preferred.
• Nursing student with first clinical rotation complete or state testing complete (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN guidance, including vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Serve as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes or concerns.
• Deliver high-level customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Maintain professional communication in all shifts and interactions.
