Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Des Moines is seeking an Associate Therapist to provide care coordination and lead group therapy within intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. You will assess clients, develop plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care through admission to discharge.

The role requires an LBSW, CADC or IADC certification with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an LBSW, CADC or IADC certification and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role in clinical settings.
• Demonstrates ethics, integrity and professional clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Complete session notes, discharge plans and reports in accordance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
• Facilitate group sessions and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
