Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mental health/substance use services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Full licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required.
• Certification in CCS, CAADC, CADC, or similar addiction certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support addiction therapists, case managers, and peer recovery specialists.
• Oversee caseloads, referrals, and ensure service quality and compliance.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans focused on individual strengths.
• Collaborate with community resources and other healthcare providers.
