Job summary

Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc. seeks an Outpatient Therapy Supervisor in Oakland to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support for the outpatient program while maintaining a small caseload.

You will guide staff, coach clinicians, ensure evidence-based practice, coordinate with partners, and uphold regulatory standards to deliver person-centered, recovery-oriented services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work and current licensure required.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and clinical record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy with persons served with diagnoses of mental illness, and/or substance use, and/or developmental disabilities, and/or pervasive developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and train clinicians, provide feedback, and sign off on clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with agency psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, case manager, and other healthcare providers.
• Attend leadership meetings and participate in program quality improvement.
• Develop and monitor person-centered plans and service reviews.
