Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with neurological or developmental speech, language, and/or feeding/swallowing disorders. The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care in a Magnet-recognized hospital.

Requirements include a Master's degree and NH licensure within 90 days of hire; CPR certification is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• NH licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and MBS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Select, administer and interpret clinically appropriate assessments.
• Integrate medical, educational and psychosocial factors when planning treatment.
• Develop and implement plans of care to restore or develop communication and swallowing skills.
• Modify treatment plans based on outcomes and patient progress.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services and maximize outcomes.
