Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for outpatient services at the Otsego Clinic in Gaylord, MI. This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday 8a–5p schedule.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication disorders as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role requires an approved master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA credentials; BLS is also preferred.

Qualifications

• MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure in each US state practiced; SLP-CCC as required by Medicaid billing rules where applicable.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services within licensure; patient care and documentation.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans and goals with the treatment team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
