Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for our Outpatient Otsego Clinic in Gaylord, MI. The role encompasses planning and delivering comprehensive speech-language pathology services with ASHA-aligned practices.

The position offers a 40-hour schedule, Monday–Friday, with a sign-on bonus and performance-based merit increases. Eligible for health insurance, PTO, and tuition support through Mary Free Bed’s benefits program.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure in required US states and territory; SLP-CCC is required for Medicaid billing in specified states.
• BLS certification maintained as per department protocol.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient condition and develops written treatment plans.
• Delivers evidence-based outpatient speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborates with treatment team and family to set interdisciplinary goals.
• Documents patient progress and coordinates discharge planning.
