Job summary

DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to provide expert diagnosis and treatment across acute, rehab and outpatient settings. You will develop protocols, mentor staff, and collaborate with management to achieve care goals.

Required are a master's in Speech-Language Pathology, Michigan licensure, ASHA CCC, and 3–5 years in relevant populations; leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan required.
• ASHA CCC certification required or eligible.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience with special populations (e.g., dysphagia, cerebral palsy, ventilator dependent).
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent diagnosis and treatment to patients across acute, rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and in-service training for staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and collaborate with department management to meet goals.

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Michigan
