Qualifications

• Wyoming licensure required or in process with ASHA CCC/CF eligibility.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outpatient Speech-Language Pathology services.
• Ability to educate patients and families and coordinate with caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care with measurable functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, cognitive-communication, dysphagia, voice, and related disorders.
• Educate patients, caregivers and families.
• Coordinate care with PT, OT, physicians and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant documentation.
• Monitor outcomes and modify plans of care based on progress.
• Assist with program development and community outreach.
