Qualifications

• ASHA CCC or working toward eligibility with certification upon eligibility.
• Current BLS credential within first 60 days of hire and maintained thereafter.

• Ability to work independently and learn new software; protect confidential information.
• Demonstrate ethical and legal accountability for the role.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records to determine appropriate tools and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assess patient needs using objective tests and measurements.
• Implement age-appropriate therapies and activities per care plan.
• Plan discharge with continued therapy needs and written instructions as needed.
• Complete daily documentation and billing promptly and accurately.
• Provide clear verbal/written instructions with demonstrations when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
