Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care using nursing process.
• Coordinate care across continuum; educate patients and families on meds, procedures, chronic disease management, wellness, self-management.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per policies and guidelines.
• Assist providers with specialty clinic procedures and pre-/post-procedure education.
• Monitor patient condition during all phases of care; document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Act as charge nurse when assigned; manage staff assignments and workflow.
• Ensure privacy, accurate labeling, and infection control standards.
