Job summary

Diversity Group is seeking an Outpatient Staff Specialty Care Registered Nurse to deliver knowledge-based care to Veterans, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care across age groups, and coordinate education, self-management and satisfaction throughout the care continuum.

The role administers medications/procedures per VA policies and requires RN licensure, ACEN/CCNE-accredited training, and English proficiency. On-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is required for direct patient care per policy.
• RN must be licensed and eligible to practice in the VA system.
• Nursing degree from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned clients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care based on age-specific components.
• Coordinate patient education, self-management and satisfaction across the continuum of care.
• Administer medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines.
