Qualifications

• English proficiency required to perform direct patient care.
• Graduate from an approved nursing program with accreditation (ACEN/CCNE).
• Current full, active, unrestricted RN licensure in a U.S. state or territory or DC.
• Nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) with eligible licensure pathway; bridge program options exist.
• Foreign nursing education requires credential evaluation for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and obtain medical history.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate specialty care services and provider referrals.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education for health promotion and disease management.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic testing and procedures and documents in EHR.
