Job summary

H2 Health in Bluefield, VA, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team. This full-time role focuses on evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

New graduates are welcome; CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligibility. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, using Scribe AI for documentation and Raintree EMR for patient management, in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates and CFY encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Assess and treat communication, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions designed to improve communication skills, cognition, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
