Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited institution.
• 0+ years of experience.
• Unencumbered active RN licensure in Maine; BLS within 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and updates patient information and vital signs in charts.
• Administers medications and/or vaccines as ordered.
• Performs diagnostic screenings and collects specimens for testing.
• Executes in-office clinical procedures and documents results.
• Places and reviews orders in EMR.
• Communicates results and provides patient education.
• Coordinates care with in-house specialties and community resources.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and adheres to InterMed policies.
• Completes required certifications and keeps clinical skills current.
