Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with at least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years or completion of the Kaiser Permanente NW RN New Grad/transition to practice program.
• Six months chemotherapy infusion experience
• Six months oncology experience

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, clinically competent nursing care using standardized pathways and guidelines.
• Lead and collaborate with the health care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate care across the care continuum and support population-based activities.
• Triage and telephone advice for patients within scope of practice.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
