Job summary

Trinity Health’s MercyOne Genesis Medical Group in Moline, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for outpatient care in the Genesis Family Practice.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and staff, document in EMR, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to support safe, evidence-based care.

Schedule includes full-time, 8:00a-5:00p, with no weekends or holidays; competitive compensation with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required; compact state license acceptable where applicable.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in EMR and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient patient care and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and post-visit care.
• Participate in meetings, quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
