Prisma Health in Greenville Memorial Hospital seeks a clinically skilled RN to provide direction in outpatient care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices, coordinate with the healthcare team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include developing a patient-centered plan, delivering direct nursing care within the RN scope, guiding others, documenting outcomes, and supporting discharge planning.

Qualificações

• Education - Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
• In lieu of 1 year of registered nurse experience, Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency from another organization.
• In lieu of Associate degree in nursing, nursing diploma with licensure to practice as a registered nurse.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical direction for patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Assesses patient status and priorities; develops and updates the plan of care with the care team.
• Delivers direct nursing care within RN scope and delegates tasks as appropriate.
• Monitors quality of care and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and contributes to discharge planning and transitions.
