Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience: one year as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessments using age-appropriate standards and tools.
• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Provides direct patient care within the RN scope and delegates tasks as appropriate.
• Evaluates nursing plans and outcomes, and updates care accordingly.
• Identifies learning needs and educates patient/family.
• Communicates education needs to the healthcare team.
