Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Clemmons, NC for a full-time Family Medicine setting. Traditional hours are 8am-5pm, with benefits eligibility and a comprehensive Total Rewards program.

The role involves assigning daily clinical tasks, evaluating team performance, managing inventories, and developing care plans to achieve expected patient outcomes. RN licensure is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license or temporary RN license; NP license if applicable.
• BSN preferred. Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily clinical assignments based on staff availability and needs of the practice.
• Assess the clinical competence of teammates and provide information to the manager regarding clinical issues.
• Monitor inventory and ensure appropriate storage of clinical supplies, equipment and medications.
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses or issues.
• Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
• Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
