The ideal candidate will have an active Therapist/Assistant license in the state, be committed to leadership development, and ensure high-quality patient care across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building as the go-to person for residents, customers and staff.
• Schedule activities and assist as liaison for Area Manager.
• Provide outpatient program leadership while delivering patient care.
