Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for Outpatient services in Plano, TX. This full-time/part-time role leads clinical operations in a higher-functioning resident setting and oversees scheduling, liaison activities, and team coordination to support patient care.

You will develop leadership skills as the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff, with opportunities across multiple rehabilitation settings nationwide.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building and supervise clinical operations.
• Schedule and coordinate activities; liaison for Area Manager.
• Provide patient care while developing leadership experience.
