Aegis Therapies is seeking a Senior Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapy Assistant - Outpatient to lead outpatient rehab services. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and patient-focused care in a busy setting.

The Program Manager will supervise clinical operations, handle scheduling, and serve as a liaison for the Area Manager while supporting a high-functioning team of therapists and assistants.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building and provide patient care while gaining leadership experience.
• Manage scheduling and act as liaison for Area Manager.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate outpatient rehabilitation services.
