Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Senior Rehab Program Manager - Outpatient for Wisconsin locations. The role combines patient therapy (50-60% of day) with leadership duties across Onalaska-area sites, including LaCrosse, Havenwood and Springbook.

You will liaise with the Area Manager, oversee payroll and KPIs, and orient new staff while maintaining a strong patient-care focus. The position offers a great work/life balance, flexibility, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide rehab and wellness

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers across communities and act as liaison with the Area Manager.
• Manage payroll oversight and monitor KPIs.
• Orient new staff and oversee staff scheduling.
