Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator on a per diem basis. The role supports outpatient rehabilitation, coordinating registrations, insurance verification, and scheduling therapy sessions to optimize patient flow.

Under Rehab Clerical Services supervision, you will handle records, reports, and physician communications while adhering to departmental policies and SJH-HC guidelines. Experience with Epic and PDF handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes outpatient registrations per defined policies and procedures.
• Schedules and coordinates therapy procedures to ensure efficient patient flow and records management.
• Performs insurance verification and authorization; processes rehab reports to physician offices.
