Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem Rehabilitation Aide Float for Spaulding Rehabilitation on Cape Cod. The role involves performing routine patient care under supervision, assisting therapists, and helping with transfers and equipment in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience cannot be substituted for the degree.
• Experience as Rehab Aid preferred (0-1 year).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine exercises or follow-up of functional activities under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist or therapy assistant.
• Prepare patients for treatment by therapist.
• Assist therapists during therapy.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
• Transfers and transports patients in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain equipment and working area in clean, orderly condition.
