Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation in Boston is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care in a large outpatient clinic. Under licensed rehabilitation clinicians, you assist with exercises, mobility activities, and aquatic therapy, while keeping treatment areas clean and organized.

This is an active, patient-facing role requiring standing, walking, and movement. The position is onsite at 300 First Avenue, 40 hours per week, day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience working as a Rehab Aide 0-1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Good bedside manner.
• Good physical strength and stamina for lifting and moving immobile patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities, including exercises, mobility activities, and aquatic therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared treatment area and equipment; provide general clinic support.
• Interact with patients and staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic; participate in daily operations.
