Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care in a high-volume outpatient clinic. Under licensed rehabilitation clinicians, you assist with exercises, mobility activities, and aquatic therapy sessions, while maintaining a clean, organized environment and providing general clinic support.

This is an active, patient-facing role with frequent interaction with patients and staff, requiring standing, walking, and movement throughout the clinic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as Rehab Aide 0-1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.

Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Aide supports patient care and the daily operation of a large, fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Working under the supervision of licensed rehabilitation clinicians, the aide assists with patient care activities, including exercises, mobility activities, and aquatic therapy sessions, while also playing an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-prepared clinical environment through cleaning and organizing treatment areas and equipment and providing general clinic support.

This is an active, patient-facing position with frequent interaction with patients and staff and requires frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the clinic, hospital, and other patient care areas.
