The Ohio State University Outpatient Rehabilitation at OCNA is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist therapists in delivering patient care in a busy outpatient clinic. This entry-level role supports a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain functional independence and requires strong communication and reliability.

Position located at Outpatient Care New Albany (6100 N. Hamilton Rd, Westerville OH 43081) with full-time hours Mon–Thu 12:30p–7p and Fri 11:30a–6p, starting with 30 scheduled

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; 0-2 years preferred.
• Within 6 months of hire obtain BLS or American Heart Association Friends and Family emergency recognition.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff physical/occupational therapists in treatment of assigned patients under supervision.
• Provide cross-coverage of Rehabilitation division locations/sites as needed.
• Support department operations: cleanliness, equipment and supply inventories, and patient transportation.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager.
