Position Summary

• Responsible for timely and effective scheduling of patients for multiple offices and modalities
• Demonstrate an understanding of modalities offered at site location and hours of operations
• Modalities include Mammography, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and Nuclear Medicine
• Direct patient and referring physician contact and be accountable for always representing the practice in a pleasant and professional manner
• Working in a call center environment

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner
• Good understanding of ICD coding preferred
• Knowledge of medical insurance preferred

Compensation & Total Rewards

The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$24.00. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
