Texas Health Action is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support patient care in our outpatient clinic during normal operating hours. You will report to the Clinic Administrator with clinical oversight from the Nurse Manager.

You will evaluate patients, perform examinations, administer medications, and provide health education while ensuring HIPAA compliance and culturally sensitive interactions with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas required.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within two days after hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist with evaluation and care of patients seen at Kind Clinic, including preparing patients for examination and taking vital signs.
• Provide direct nursing care, including lab services and medication/treatment administration.
• Conduct follow-up visits and exams within Texas Nursing Practice Act guidelines.
• Educate patients on health assessment, disease prevention, hygiene, and health maintenance, respectfully and culturally.
