Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Heart & Vascular Riverside team to support electrophysiology care. You will provide case management, triage, and clinical decision-making for cardiac patients, with travel to outreach clinics required.

The schedule is Mon-Fri with 8- or 10-hour shifts, no weekends or holidays. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and must hold an Ohio RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.

In addition: This position provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. According to department policies and nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients.
