Job summary

CETECHS is seeking an experienced outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to support Veterans at the Sheridan VA Medical Center in Sheridan, WY. The RN will provide professional nursing care and coordinate with physicians to meet VA standards.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering medications, monitoring responses, maintaining EMRs, and educating patients and families. Requires ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program, active RN license, CPR and BLS; ACLS for specialty clinics; 1+ year

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in at least one US state, territory, commonwealth or D.C.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• ACLS required when assigned to a specialty clinic.
• Minimum 1 year direct patient-care experience in the last 3 years.
• Ability to complete VA credentialing/privileging.
• VA experience is preferred.

• Ability to complete VA credentialing/privileging.
• Ability to meet required health, immunization, background and training requirements.
