Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Zero to two years of modality specific work experience.
• ARRT registration within 6 months of hire.
• Licensure from the SC Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• ACLS is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level with sound anatomical positioning and physiology.
• Performs diagnostic radiologic examinations with attention to image quality, patient safety, and workflow.
• Maintains image quality, productivity, and efficient patient workflow.
• Adheres to departmental standards and modality-specific protocols.
• Provides safe, compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process.
• Maintains a safe, clean, compliant environment per sterile technique and universal precautions.
• Complies with radiation safety, quality, and organizational standards.
• Supports onboarding and training of staff and students.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and quality meetings.

Ausbildung

Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology

ARRT registration within 6 months of hire

SC Radiation Quality Standards Association licensure

Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross)
