NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking an Outpatient Pulmonologist to join Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) and provide care at Gotham Health locations (Broadway, Tremont, Roosevelt). This role supports outpatient primary and specialty care with a focus on Covid-19 related follow-up and coordination with hospitals and home care networks.

The position requires NYS licensure, board eligibility/certification in Pulmonary Medicine, and offers a competitive base salary with robust benefits

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health. We are looking for an Outpatient Pulmonologist to provide services at three of our Gotham Health sites - Broadway, Tremont, and Roosevelt.

NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Tremont, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice is located on Webster Avenue in the Bronx. The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Broadway, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice is located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn. Gotham Health, Broadway is a new, state-of-the-art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice is located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens. Our dedicated team provides coordinated care using the best clinical practices and tools to manage patient health. We provide the full spectrum of care for children and adults. Wages and Benefits include

• Annual Base Salary: $235,500* based on 40-hour work week.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
