Job summary

Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants, LLC seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to coordinate our outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. This role blends patient care, education, chronic disease management, and care coordination to help patients improve respiratory health and quality of life while reducing hospital readmissions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy or Nursing required.
• NBRC/Registry or RN licensure required with pulmonary rehab training.
• Pulmonary Rehabilitation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Pulmonary Rehabilitation program and schedule visits.
• Check patients, verify insurance coverage prior to appointments.
• Monitor vitals and oxygen saturation during sessions.
• Educate patients on COPD, medications, and treatments.
• Submit charges to billing and maintain charts.
• Participate in ongoing Pulmonary Rehab education.

Education

Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Nursing

Certification/Registration (NBRC or equivalent)

Registered Nurse licensure
