Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Ohio with outpatient experience.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients.
• Travel between local locations within 20–30 minutes of Middleburg Heights as needed.
• Adhere to Select Medical policies and procedures.
