Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Access PT outpatient team. Deliver high-quality treatment under PT direction, progress patients toward functional goals, and build strong patient relationships to ensure a positive care experience.

You will communicate progress to the supervising PT, complete timely documentation, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment while benefiting from mentorship, a PDP, and fully funded EIM trainings.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
