Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality outpatient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will build strong patient relationships, progress toward functional goals, and document care with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
