Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with CAPTE certification or eligibility.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Outpatient experience within the last 3 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PTA-supervised physical therapy services.
• Assist licensed physical therapist in patient care and documentation.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients, centers and staff.
• Follow clinic policies and procedures to ensure optimal outcomes.

Education

PTA license (or license in process)

CAPTE national PTA certification
