Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time or part-time role serving adult and geriatric patients in our Senior Living office in Williston, Vermont. The position involves per-visit home healthcare across Franklin County, VT, with supervision by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Base pay ranges from $46.00 to $51.00 per hour, with bonus potential for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Vermont PTA licensure or certification.
• Graduate of a two-year college-level PTA program approved by APTA.
• Minimum of 1 year PTA experience and satisfactory proficiency exam or documented experience.
• At least 1 year of work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services per the plan of care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Perform visits for senior living patients in Williston, VT.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and exercises.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and PPE requirements.
