Job summary

Revel Staffing is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join an outpatient rehabilitation team. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment, help patients improve mobility, and support progress toward rehab goals.

This patient-centered role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and continuing education in a positive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Tuberculosis screening or health-screening requirements.
• Ability to follow plans of care and clinical instructions.
• Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with supervising PT.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, evidence-based patient care.
• Ability to manage an appropriate caseload in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the patient’s plan of care.
• Carry out therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and other interventions.
• Observe and document patient responses to treatment.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, safety, and home programs.
• Complete treatment notes and clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional communication with the care team.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation aides and other staff.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean and ready.
