Job summary

Revel Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join an established outpatient rehab team. You will work under a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment, progress patients toward goals, and participate in a patient-centered clinic environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and professional development within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current tuberculosis screening or ability to meet health-screening requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the patient's established plan of care.
• Carry out therapeutic exercises, functional activities, manual techniques, gait training, balance activities, and other approved interventions.
• Observe and document each patient's response to treatment.
• Communicate changes in patient condition, progress, or tolerance to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, treatment techniques, safety precautions, and home programs.
• Complete treatment notes and other required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional communication with Physical Therapists, physicians, clinical employees, patients, and caregivers.
